My artwork focuses on expressing mathematical ideas using the human body. Bodies are some of the most interesting and beautiful forms to work with, and by seeing mathematics represented with human forms we are reminded that we are a part of mathematics and mathematics is a part of us.

This film explains the mathematics of a 3d kaleidoscope and explores some of the possibilities, including what happens when a person goes inside... Visualizing a human inside a kaleidoscope is the project that launched the Naked Geometry project 10 years ago. One of my goals is to build such a kaleidoscope, in which visitors can experience mathematics in a whole new way.
