Clifford Singer ™
"This re-fabrication from a Clifford Singer, LINE, 1975 © sculpture, welded painted steel (as seen in photograph on left) has been re-imagined on a grand scale (as seen in photograph on right). LINE was originally intended to defy gravity. This new full scale model (viewed on right) constructed of 40 gauge industrial grade PVC pipe measures 12 ft. long x 11 ft. wide x 8 ft. high. LINE stands of 3 points, 2 end points of LINE and 1, 60° angle point of LINE. Due to the scale of the artwork there are 2 steel pipe vertical supports (1) at 8 feet and (1) 17 inches. The lengths of PVC pipe are 14 ft., 13 ft., 6.5 ft., and 5 ft. The overall metric dimensions of LINE is 360 cm. length x 330 cm. width x 240 cm. height."

" The 14 ft. length has Fibonacci numbers coded as black drilled holes with sequence (0,1,1,2,3,5,8,13). Joined at top peak at a 60° angle to 13 ft. length, 13 ft. length joins to 6.5 ft. length at 60° forming first plane. The 6.5 length joins 5 ft length at 90° with rotation and elevation of 17 inches from ground extending to the 3rd point of stand. From an Arial view there is a 30°, 60°, 90° triangle formed from flattened vantage point."
