The icosahedron is a regular theme in my efforts to interact with the
digital realm. It is subject matter for my digital 'still lives'. A
proving ground for each new digital brush. With this iteration on the
icosahedron I select and paint icosahedral derived surfaces with
self-referential textures and then I present them as a triptych of
symmetry axes projections.
What is new for me is I have improved my understanding of both
accuracy and resolution. As a result these prints are my most detailed
yet.
