Stochastic processes are a major area of research in mathematics and
applied science.
Knowledge-based visualization is a process by which data are extracted
and recombined to be shared in a new context.
Using programs specifically designed to study random processes, I
generated new images to explore and reinterpret the mathematical
outcome in a different setting.
Mathematical mapping of a nanoscale structure, a double-stranded
RNA determined from a random starting phases angle in the presence
of pseudo-translational symmetry.
From an original RNA scan by Rose et al, re-interpreted in the
RCSB, NGL 3D viewer.
