The work of art is a questioning for the one who looks at it, it queries him by the richness of its structuring and by its spatial organization. The notion of entropy, which allows the measurement of the complexity of mathematical and physical objects, can be used to complete the definition of beauty in an objective way: What is beautiful is that which has an entropy situated at the limits of our cognitive perception. In our work, we develop sophisticated algorithms dedicated to artistic creation and inspired by particle dynamics.

Particles in the plane that interact with each other, attract and repel each other like humans in their social interactions. The picture is created by an algorithm that simulates interactions.
