This artwork uses 23 identical components to create and tile a
model of a non-orientable surface.
In contrast to a loop with a tiled pattern, Listing bands have the
additional twist (pun intended) that at some point, the top of one
tile (or “scale”) must fit in with the reverse of the bottom of
the next.
