Statement

I have been an artist for the last 4 years. I work with acrylic and wood making string art sculptures and luminaries. The strings that I use are either Kevlar string or twine. The light source in the acrylic is made of an LED array. The light source is programmable. One of the most fun to watch is to see the lights change color when the LED array senses vibrations.

This oak wood luminaire is strung with 3 colors of twine. it is designed to be either hung or put on a flat surface. The stringing follows three different patterns.It is made by hand.
