Statement

I am a physician and photography is my hobby. I am interested in taking somewhat abstract images of ordinary objects or phenomenons around us. I am particularly interested in light-dark contrast, reflections and regular patterns. As a constantly changing phenomenon, ripples on water surface with reflection of sorounding objects create unbelievably diverse and amazingly beautiful images. My photos are original for the most part with minimal cropping and adjustment of light.

A different view of somewhat similar concentric waves with different pattern of light-dark mixture created by reflection.

Besides the main theme of concentric wave forms, this image shows darkness and light on opposite sides, perhaps a reminder of yin-yang. Other patterns created by reflection shows a complex light-dark mixture.
