The first level is a non periodic pattern with 7-fold local symmetry, made of 3 rhombuses and an inflation process.
Behind is a new pattern in the traditional style that Moroccan craftsmen call "Pattern that drives you crazy".
So, removing a white rhombus gives way to a colored feather.
Each bird is made of 12 feathers (3 medium and 9 small rhombuses).
