An unknot and a trefoil disguised as an unknot
5.0 x 5.0 x 5.0 cm
3D printed nylon plastic
2022
From the correct viewpoint, these two knots look almost identical. Each seems to be a loop with a half-twist, so they both appear to be unknots. The view in the mirror reveals that although one knot is as it seems, the other is a trefoil knot disguised as an unknot.
