Statement

This work based on a Hypocycloid and titled as such, a (epicycloid), the arcs each contain 45 degrees and geometrically constructed with compass and ruler. In some cases, the construction is quite difficult and near impossible. With textbook examples I have been able to draw with a reasonable degree of accuracy. With textbooks the Hypocycloid is constructed having been obtained primarily by drawing from references. After working with logarithmic spirals in the 1980s, I developed a fascination with the Hypocycloid (epicycloid). Collinear points at intersection are employed with straight lines. Robert Mangold’s, Arabesque, 1992 appears as invalid Hypocycloid without symmetry lacks calculation.
