About the look

This piece is based on the classic Sierpinski Triangle fractal, which is created by recursively subdividing a equilateral triangle into smaller equilateral triangles. The third iteration of the Sierpinski fractal design is shown off on the wings of this traditional self-tie silk bowtie with a custom-printed variant of the fractal fitted to the bowtie shape. Machine-sewn and finished by hand, the bowtie can stand alone or pair with a full mathematical look.
