Statement
I am interested in broad potential applications of tessellation / geometric patterns for education in lower elementary. I have been developing various educational materials as puzzles for pupils to effectively obtain fundamental idea of geometry and art through play.

Tiling with an aperiodic monotile, Spectre, is often considered difficult, but once you get this puzzle, you can find yourself to create increasingly larger clusters. To smoothly progress the tiling process, it is necessary to devise innovations in design and materials. By adopting a dinosaur design, not only have the pieces become more familiar, but it has also made it easier to recognize their orientations. Moreover, by realizing complex protrusions with EVA resin, it has become possible to interlock them firmly and safely without glue. Additionally, the ferrite magnets on the back allow for the puzzle to be displayed on iron walls and similar surfaces. This puzzle is being lent out to many educational institutions.
