Statement
My paintings currently create combinatorics and different arrangements of a single found wooden wedge element. The small object, transformed into a sign, appears in several structures. In my works the rotations and reflections of trapezoids convey movement. Rearrangements of a given finite set of elements create shifts, transformations. Shifting is also translational symmetry, and from this perspective it is about geometry, geometric playfulness.

The painting is created by multiplying, shifting, and rotating the shape of a single wooden wedge element. Using translational symmetry, a web-like network was created.
