Statement
As a child, I dreamed to study mathematics and arts. I became a mathematician and my love of arts remained my hobby. I am trying to spread the beauty of Mathematics through all what I do - through my lectures, through math circles to high school students, through animated movies about Math, which I helped to create, and lately also through Silk paintings. I love flowers and geometrical designs and playing with the technique a colors.

Nature and symmetry sometimes exist in harmony, and sometimes in tension. The continuous interplay between order and chaos, symmetry and irregularity - this is an idea behind my artwork. Is mathematics a realm of strict rules and perfect forms? And if so, where does beauty arise within it? Is beauty hidden in symmetry, like in the brilliant geometric patterns of the Alhambra? Or does it emerge from the untamed structures of nature, where symmetry and regularity rarely appear in pure form? And what happens when symmetry is slightly disturbed—by the natural imperfection of the human hand, or even intentionally?
