Statement

As a chemist and materials scientist, I am fascinated by the intersection of nanoscale geometries and pure mathematical forms. My work explores the visualization of complex geometry using industrial irrigation pipes and connectors. Because standard hardware angles seldom match the internal angles of classical polyhedra, I distort the structural pipe edges to accommodate these mathematical discrepancies. By combining this physical tension with the inversion of vertex connectors, I transform traditional Platonic solids into dynamic, star-like compositions.

It is a demonstration how to construct dodecahedron using incompatible 90°connectors. The model created by inverting the connectors at each vertex and distorting the pipe edges to accommodate these specific angles. I have transformed these familiar Platonic solid into more dynamic, star-like structure.

By inverting the connectors at each vertex and distorting the pipe edges to accommodate respective angles changes, I have transformed ordinary cube into more dynamic, star-like structure.
